L&S Sites: Best practices for content editors

The L&S Sites service provides websites for entities in the College of Letters & Science.  Content is edited through the web, eliminating the need for extra software or server connections.  This page provides some best practices and procedures for site administrators and content editors using the L&S Sites service.

Case Scenario Builder: Transitioning to the new email reporting server

This document is targeting CSCR Builder (CSCR) users that are using the email reporting feature.  If you use CSCR Builder, but don't use email reporting, this doesn't affect you. 

The email reporting server for CSCR Builder has moved to a new location.  Project files and uploaded projects must be updated with the new URL.

Collaborative Sites: Creating a Screen Name

By default, your name will appear as your university NetID throughout the Collaborative Site.

You can use a Screen Name to control how your name appears on the Collaborative Site. (Note - You will still log in with your NetID, but your screen name will be displayed on site pages.)
