Logging into the L&S Moodle

L&S Learning Support Services hosts a number of courses on the L&S Moodle website. If your course is on the L&S Moodle server, follow these easy instructions to log into the site:

  1. In any web browser, go to http://chatter.lss.wisc.edu/moodle.
  2. If you haven't already authenticated with your netid, you will be prompted to enter netid and password. Your netid is the part of your email address that is before the @. When you've successfully entered your netid and password, you will see the L&S Moodle website appear. If you can't remember your password, please contact the DoIT helpdesk at 264-HELP.
  3. HINT: Make sure that your netid is in lowercase letters. When entering your password, be sure that the caps lock key is off.
  4. You'll see a list of courses for Spring 2009 in the middle of the page. Click on the course you are enrolled in. If you click on the wrong course, you'll see a message saying that the course is not enrollable.

If you can not log into the course, please alert your instructor. Rosters take 24 hours to update, so if you've just added the course please wait until the following day and try again.
