LessonShare

LessonShareLessonShare helps communities of instructors share, organize, and collaboratively improve their lessons, handouts, and other teaching materials.

Several courses in the College of L&S, including English 100 and a number of introductory language courses are using LessonShare to:

  • preserve activities and lessons created by a teaching community
  • encourage mentoring and discussion of teaching practice
  • facilitate innovative materials development
  • encourage instructors to adapt lessons for diverse learning styles and teaching scenarios

LessonShare is currently undergoing rapid development through a collaborative partnership between L&S Learning Support Services, DoIT Academic Technology, and the School of Education at UW-Madison.

For more information on LessonShare, please see our case study, this article in Computing@UW news, or contact Doug Worsham or Sue Weier with L&S Learning Support Services.
