AV Pool MacBooks bring new options for instructors

We recently added three new MacBooks to our collection of audio, video, and computer equipment in the L&S LSS AV Pool.

These MacBooks run Mac OS 10.4 (Tiger), and include lots of useful software, including iLife '06, Microsoft Office X, Audacity, Skype, and NeoOffice.

LessonShare in the News

L&S LessonShare, our online tool to help communities of instructors in L&S departments share, organize, and collaboratively improve their lessons, handouts, and other teaching materials, was recently featured in the January 28th edition of Wisconsin Week. The article, TAs drive development of a teaching tool, describes the grassroots development of LessonShare by LSS staff in collaboration with German and Italian language instructors. Read more »
