Want to do some creative learning this summer?
CreativeLive [3] offers a mix of free and for-pay workshops on all sorts of topics - from Fundmentals of Digital Photography [4] to Water Color 101 [5] and Developing Android Applications [6]. Generally, the courses are free if you're able to attend when they stream live. Viewing course archives typically involves a fee.
Many of the courses I've viewed so far were a step up from typical online screencasts. The instructors seemed to be skilled practitioners in their fields as well as good communicators. I'll be watching the creativelive calendar [7] and twitter feed [8] to see what courses they'll be offering in the coming months.
Are you learning something creative this summer? Have you seen a great example of an online learning module or screencast? Let us know in the comments!
