Lisa Jansen

About me: As Associate Director I'm responsible for daily operations of LSS, its labs and facilties. I also provide instructional technology consulting and support to faculty and staff in the College of Letters & Science. I am a founding member of the Community of Educational Technology Support (ComETS) which serves to promote professional development and shared expertise among more than 200 members of the UW-Madison instructional technology support community. I also serve as ComETS liaison to the Instructional Technology Committee (ITC) which is the UW-Madison shared governance advisory body composed of faculty, academic staff, and students, for information technology policy and planning throughout the University. Prior to joining LSS in 1997, I worked for UW-Cooperative Extension. I have a BA in Journalism from University of Wisconsin-Madison.
