IE8, how to upgrade, how to answer
At some point, you may find Interent Explorer 8 being installed on your machine.
This comes by default with the standard Windows Updates, which can be found at this URL.
This might look a little like this. Windows Update
or it might just show up one day without prompting.
Click I do not want to participate right now, and click Install.
Click I accept.
Click Install Updates if not already checked and click Next.

Eventually, you'll be asked to reboot.
Once you open Internet Explorer 8 for the first time, you'll be asked the following questions on screens like this.
Click don't turn on and Next.
Click Use Express Settings and Next.
Choose if you'd like to import your settings from another web browser, and click Import. Otherwise, click Cancel.
IE 8 should work normally.
