Help! My Mozilla won't work anymore!


It's possible your firewall has disallowed it. This happens because Mozilla updates often and sometimes the updated version gets "outlawed" or "blocked" automatically.

Here's how to check and change it.

choose Symantec Client Firewall.

 

 

 

You'll see this screen. Click the words "Client Firewall".

You'll see your screen slightly change. Click the word "Configure" in the lower right.

Your screen will change again. Click the second tab, Programs.

Scroll through the Manual Program Control Box near the bottom and make sure ALL of the Firefox.exe programs are "Permit All". Likely, if Mozilla Firefox is NOT working, it has at least one that says "Block All".
