Update: We are adopting a new equipment reservation system called Connect2.
Connect2 is scheduled to go live this summer (2023) and will enhance the way we loan out equipment. When we have additional information and updates we will post it here.
The AV Pool lends technology at no cost to Letters & Science departments instructors and staff for short-term instructional use.
Location
The AV Pool is located in 259A Van Hise Hall adjacent to the commons area on the second floor.
Hours
Spring & Fall Semester: 8:00am – 5:00pm, Monday – Friday
8-Week Summer Session: By appointment only.
The AV Pool is closed during Spring Break, Summer Break, Winter Break, major American holidays and the day after Thanksgiving. All hours are subject to change without notice.
Getting Started
If you have not previously borrowed from the AV Pool you will need to register in person to reserve equipment. A Wiscard and campus email address is required. Confirmation of employment status within a supported Letters & Science department may be required.
